Sacramento Immortals men in for 2024

Pacific Coast Rugby League is thrilled to announce the Sacramento Immortals’ entry into the PCRL men’s competition for the 2024 season.

“We are excited to join PCRL and hope to give our best in the upcoming season. The Immortals saying is “I am never above you, I am never below you, but I'd rather be beside you”, that's where a TRUE BROTHER belongs”, said the Immortals head, Tuiloma 'Skipper' Niulevu.

The Immortals become the seond team in Northern California, alongside 2023 men’s USARL national champions the Santa Rosa Dead Pelicans, and will compete in the men’s PCRL California conference.

PCRL President Ady Cooney welcomed the news: “I’d like to extend a warm welcome to the Sacramento Immortals who will be plying their trade in PCRL! Their addition not only expands our Northern California presence but injects fresh energy into the league's growth. Get ready for a season filled with electric matchups, passion and fierce competition!”

In addition to its competitive ambitions, the Sacramento Immortals is committed to promoting the sport of rugby league in the Sacramento region. With their Santa Rosa rivals having proven the quality of player in Northen California, the Immortals will be looking to make an impact in their first season in the League.

Both the League and the Immortals are excited to embark on this new chapter in the history of rugby league in California, and the continued growth of PCRL as the biggest league in North America.
