PCRL Unveils Schedule for the 2023 Men's Rugby Season in Utah

Hot on the heels of yesterday’s announcement of the expansion of Utah Rugby League Association (URLA) under PCRL’s umbrella, we can today announce the hotly anticipated schedule for the PCRL men’s Utah conference - the Hopoate Cup.
